Here are details about the different payment options currently available to complete your purchase. If you are having trouble completing your purchase with one payment method you can reach out to my email, mmm666@mushroommanmycology.com or mushroommanmycology@gmail.com, with questions. You can also try another payment method.
Please note-Cash by mail, email invoice, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo are semi-automated processes. They require you as the customer to do additional work after completing the order on the website. Make sure to follow instructions for completing payment and to verify your order via the confirmation email. You will receive the confirmation email after you place the order on the website and get an order number. Please read instructions carefully and feel free to email me with questions.
Note that non US customers must use email invoice card payment unless they have access to the US based payment methods. Email me with your shipping country and I’ll send instructions for completing payment- only US customers can checkout directly on the site.
How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
To pay with a credit/debit card select:
“Credit/debit card payment via email invoice”
The email invoice option will send an invoice to the email used at checkout that you can use to pay via all major cards.
The invoice will come separately from the order confirmation email and may be delayed in time. The invoice is processed manually by MMM, so there can be up to a 24 hour delay during the “work week” and invoices are usually not sent on the weekend.
The invoice email allows you to pay directly with your card, securely, without signing in/up for a third party service. There is no fee for using your card. You do not share your card details with MMM, you enter them yourself securely.
You can use credit or debit cards and all major cards are accepted. Prepaid cards can also be used. See below for the steps to complete payment using this method.
1) Checkout on the website using the card option at checkout to receive an order number and order confirmation email.
2) Wait for MMM to send the separate invoice to your email. See email below.
Note- this is the step that MMM does manually and is subject to a delay. Please wait up to 24 hours on weekdays for this to come (orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will receive the payment invoice on Monday).
Note- Check your spam/promotions folder for this email. If you don’t receive it in the timeframe above, feel free to email me and I can send a direct link that will bring you to step 3.
3) Click the “View Invoice” button in the email to bring up the invoice details.
4) Click the blue “Pay Invoice” button on the top right to bring up the below payment page-
5) Enter your card information and card billing information and click the black “Pay Now” button to complete payment.
6) You will receive a confirmation once payment is complete.
MushroomMan will send you a separate email confirming payment and shipping details once the payment is processed.
Can I make payments with physical cash?
To pay using physical cash by mail:
Select the “Cash by Mail (15% off + freebie offered)” option at checkout
Follow directions in the confirmation email.
Note: You do not need a printer 🙂 You are able to hand write the small bit of information required for cash by mail payments. No checks or money orders.
