Here are details about the different payment options currently available to complete your purchase. If you are having trouble completing your purchase with one payment method you can reach out to my email, firstname.lastname@example.org, with questions or try another payment method.
While MR is my current preferred payment method, I am happy for you to complete your order using any of my listed methods available at checkout.
Please note-Cash by mail, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo are semi-automated processes. They require you as the customer to do additional work after completing the order on the website. Make sure to follow instructions for completing payment and to verify your order via the confirmation email. You will receive the confirmation email after you place the order on the website and get an order number. Please read instructions carefully and feel free to email me with questions.
How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
To pay with a credit/debit card select:
“MR” (this is my preferred payment method and comes with at least 1 freebie, more details at checkout)
“Credit/debit card payment via email invoice”
1) MR orders are completed immediately after signing up/into their service. Make sure you are allowing 3rd party cookies/pop-ups or checked for a blocked pop-up message if you get one. Some users have issues when using a VPN and trying MR but some are able to use a VPN without issue. All MR payments will receive at least 1 free item of my choice– this is in addition to any freebies the order is already eligible for at the time of purchase and is a thank you from me for paying for MR’s fees. The free item(s) received will be equal to or greater in value than the MR fee paid. Email me with questions about MR.
There are 10-20% of customers who have issues signing up for MR, if this happens to you feel free to try again, maybe with a different browser or device, and then feel free to use another payment method. I appreciate you trying MR!
2)The email invoice option will send an invoice to your email (it is done manually by MMM, so there can be up to a 24 hour delay during the “work week” ) that you can pay directly with your card, securely, without signing in/up for a third party service like MR. You do not share your card details with MMM, you enter them yourself securely.
Can I make payments with physical cash?
To pay using physical cash by mail Select the “Cash by Mail (15% off + freebie offered” option at checkout and follow directions in the confirmation email.
Note: You do not need a printer 🙂 You are able to hand write the small bit of information required for cash by mail payments.
Can I make payments with Zelle?
To pay using Zelle: Select the “Zelle” option at checkout and follow directions in the confirmation email.
Can I make payments with Cash App?
To pay using Cash App: Select the “Cash App” option at checkout and follow directions in the confirmation email.
Can I make payments with Venmo?
To pay using Venmo: Select the “Venmo” option at checkout and follow directions in the confirmation email.
Can I make payments using cryptocurrencies?
Yes! I now offer payments through BTC, ETH, USDC and USDT.
To pay using one of these cryptocurencies: select “Pay with Bitcoin, ETH, USDC or USDT” at checkout and follow the below instructions.
I am also able to generate and send an invoice for you to pay using the above cryptos. If you do not want to use or are having issues with the pop up screen to complete crypto payment at checkout, I can help. If you want a crypto invoice send me an email and I will gladly help.
First select the cryptocurrency payment option and click “Proceed to payment”
The following page will have a hyperlink using the text “Proceed with Payment”
Click the hyperlink and the HAYVN Pay pop up will now show
Select the cryptocurrency you want to pay with. In this example USDT was selected
Send the correct crypto amount, of the correct crypto selected, to the correct wallet shown*.
Note this will change with each order, always check the wallet you are sending to and consider copying it.
*You must send the correct cryptocurrency on the correct network selected. In this example, USDT is being sent over the TRX network. A different wallet address would have been shown if BSC was selected. If BSC was selected, USDT would need to be sent over the BSC network to the wallet that is shown when BSC network is selected etc.
After the payment is sent and completed, the HAYVN Pay console will show payment complete and the webpage will refresh to show the completed order page with Order Details, Payment Data and Billing/Shipping address- example shown below.
If the below page is shown, it should also trigger a confirmation email.
HAYVN Pay will then verify the cryptocurrency sent is “clean” via Blockchain analysis validation. As long as the correct amount was sent, you are all set*.
*In some cases, especially with BTC and ETH which have more volatility in price, you may be asked to send an additional payment to cover the fiat amount of the transaction. Similarly, if there is a large accidental overpayment, you will receive some cryptocurrency back. I am able to send a live, crypto invoice for the order to show payments made, if any are remaining etc.
