10g agar 10g GLME, though I’ve heard regular light malt extract is just fine too. Should I try 5g GLME to encourage even more rhizo growth? Gonna be trying potato starch soon, I hear it’s great for spore germination especially + it’ll be a nice way to stave off any senescence in cultures.
