The above discounts are not eligible for the add on offers at checkout, but will be applied to all other items in the store, and will be in addition to any posted sales price for those items. The codes cannot be combined/stack with any other discount codes.
MMM can combine multiple orders with multiple codes to save on shipping, just let me know which orders need to be bundled. For example- MMM can manually combine an order with the 25% VC code and an order with the halloween 13% off discount to save on shipping, but the discount codes will not stack.
All orders using these codes must be paid for (or cash in the mail) by November 5th or the discount will be voided.
