Fruits best at 50-60°F, but can fruit into the mid 60’s and low 70’s.

All gourmet liquid cultures (LCs) are provided with a 16g needle (in the manufacturer’s packaging) and come in 10 mL capped syringes. They will be labelled on the plunger and are grown in a 2% malt extract solution. Shake well before use.

Great product arrived super quick, couldn’t be happier, I am finally getting into gourmet and can’t wait! I am currently using the LC syringe to create my own at home LC jars that I can use forever, the LC took well to my solution I made and has more than doubled in size since injecting the LC in, can’t wait to span it and start growing my gourmet!

Perfect for a mushroom risotto. .. this is what you need!!
Great cold weather resistant mushroom. Grew easily for me in monotops and pyrex trays. Shared some with my elderly neighbors who absolutely loved their mushroom risotto. Grew my mycelium in a brown rice tek. Didn't get too many flushes. But also didn't really give it room to really grow. So much easier and faster to grow than the Nameko (which is also another beauty!!!). Namekos are only for soup in my opinion. MMM is the only place for spore syringes. (I can wait till he gets some corn smut syringes!!!)

I frequent MMM because every LC syringe is just THICK and FILLED with Mycelium. I cant wait for these pioppinos to start going. I have experienced very strong and bountiful strains from every syringe purchased here. Plus, Im always excited to see what freebies I get with my order making this the BEST site with greatest value! You can't go wrong with any liquid cultures from MMM! These grew great and haven't had issues/concerns with contamination of the culture. I've used 3 other vendors in the past and MMM is the vendor I keep returning to due to the reasonable prices and great quality!

As others have commented, MMM gets his LC syringes absolutely packed full of dense mycelium! Not too mention the genetics are top notch and aggressive!
Shipped well, arrived quickly, quality product all around. Looking forward to inoculating some grain with this culture! MMM is always my go-to for gourmet!
I am new to growing mushrooms and one of my challenges has been getting cultures when I want them. Since I am new I don't have much growing.
