Origins/History:
Psilocybe cubensis var “Creeper” is a variety originally sold by a vendor known as Kreeper. There is some controversy over the origins of this variety as Keeper was known to order spores from other vendors (like Hawkeye) and rebrand them. Regardless, Creeper has stood the test of time and has beautiful prints. A variety for any true collector’s library.
Creeper may be shortened to Creep.

Origins/History:
Psilocybe cubensis var “Fiji” originated on the island of Fiji. This variety has been domesticated, and is loved by spore collectors. Get some tropical island representation in your spore collection! See why there has been some recent love online for this variety, it will quickly fill your heart. Great for beginners and experienced mycologists alike.

Origins/History:
Psilocybe cubensis var “RustyWhyte F12” is a newer variety that was developed in the late 2010’s by an OMC community member. This variety is leucistic with reddish-brown spores (a stable line that originated from AA+ and Columbian Rust Spore- CRS). These spores are F12 and direct descendants from PastyWhyte’s F8 release. See if the F13s- the progeny of these F12 spores- are still available for comparison. Be a part of history today and store these genetics in your library.

Origins/History:
Psilocybe cubensis var “Leucistic Machine Elf F1” is a isolation project for a Machine Elf Lineage leucistic variety. Machine Elf was produced by a breeder when mixing Peru and Penis Envy Uncut. Due to the Penis Envy Uncut genetics, Machine Elf will often contain a mix of canonical and leucistic genetics. The spores offered here are F1, produced from a cloned leucistic Machine Elf (F0). The collector’s card displays the results of the F0 cloning. As long as only leucistics are bred, the community may see a true and stable Leucistic Machine Elf. Do not miss out on adding these genetics to your library to catalogue the genesis of this new leucistic variety.
Leucistic Machine Elf F1 mushroom spores may be shortened to LME F1.

Origins/History:
Psilocybe cubensis var “PF Classic” is a great variety with beautiful prints. A variety with an interesting past, a must have for any serious collector. For more details on the varieties history, see the below excerpt taken directly from “Rose’s Advanced Strain Guide”.
PF Classic Recommended Expertise:
3-6 out of a 1-10 scale; Beginner/Intermediate

“PF Classic is a sentimental favorite among many Cubensis enthusiasts. It is a classic cube and often a fatass (short and fat). PF Classic peaked in popularity in the late 1990’s through 2002.
According to Workman, “PF “Classic” was initially purchased by PF from the Homestead Company (one of the few cubensis spore sources at the time) around 1990. No one seems to be sure where the original wild spores were collected, but it has been suggested that they are of Matias Romero stock, which it does resemble.”
The entire catalogue of PF Brand spores was almost lost to degeneration. Some wonder if the degeneration was due to black light exposure… but Workman suspects the PF ‘strains’ are all infected with a fungal virus… which may contribute to PF Classic’s propensity to mutate (PF Classic has spawned the PF Albino AND the PF Redspore) and degenerate.
PF Classic is not known to produce many spores. You may have to wait longer for PF Classic spore production to begin, than with most cubes. Once the veil breaks and the cap extends, you still may have to wait an extra day or so… before sporulation.”

Psilocybe cubensis var “Leucistic Golden Teacher; LGT” is derived from golden teacher but contains a genetic mutation which causes leucism. This mutant variety has been stabilized and is a great addition to compare to Golden Teacher in your spore library. All the loved attributes of Golden Teacher but with the beautiful leucism color mutation. Make sure to collect these samples in your library, don’t miss adding a Leucistic Golden Teacher spore swab!

Origins/History:
Psilocybe cubensis var “Ecuador” was originally discovered in Ecuador, high in the mountains. Making Ecuador an excellent choice for beginners, this variety originated in a tough environment and is a hardy variety that often resists contamination well.  Truly genetics that any collector wants! South American genetics are well known and loved. Ecuador has been around for a long time, see for yourself why you will find it in the library of all serious collectors.

Finally back in stock, Psilocybe cubensis var “Cambodian Gold” spore prints have hit the shop. These fresh spores are also in the Cambodian Gold spore swabs.
Origins/History:
Psilocybe cubensis var “Cambodian Gold” is a variety which originated from a cross of Cambodian and Golden Teacher genetics. A great genetic mix of 2 beginner strains resulted in a great variety providing robust, super dark spore deposits to make slides from. Cambodian Gold is a specific variety that was bred, it is not a simple mix of Cambodian and Golden Teacher spores in the syringe. Highly recommended for beginners.

Newly available, Psilocybe cubensis var “Wikidzon” spore syringes are live in the shop. Wikidzon replaced the sold out Treasure Coast.
Origins/History:
Psilocybe cubensis var “Wikidzon” is an interesting variety with a convoluted past. It is rumored to be a strain developed from PES-Amazonian (PESA); however, it hasn’t been verified. Still a beloved variety for many years, Wikidzon is its own stable variety and deserves a place in your spore library and under your microscope. This lineage of Wikidzon has thrown leucistics in the past, giving rise to the start of a stable Leucistic Wikidzon lineage which MMM may still have for offer.
Wikidzon may be shortened to Wiki or Wikid.

A+ Origins/History:
The Psilocybe cubensis “A+” variety is one of the original strains that was domesticated. A+ is also the strain that AA+ (a large, leucistic variety) was originally isolated from. A+ is not a leucistic variety itself, but can contain leucistic spore genetics. A great addition to any spore library, a true classic. Get hunting for the next AA+ variety and name it better!

Another generation has been born of one of MMM’s favorite vareties- the leucistic, redspore double mutant RustyWhyte. The newest available generation are the RustyWhyte F13 spore swabs now in stock.
MMM’s spore supplier produced F13 prints from the same F12 spores MMM offers. These F13 spores will produce the F13 generation at maturity, and those mature fruits will produce F14 spores. Keep your eyes peeled for future generations as we keep this direct PastyWhyte lineage alive and well documented.
You can grab RustyWhyte F12 and the new RustyWhyte F13 spore swabs for comparison and genetic preservation.

Back by popular demand, Psilocybe cubensis var “Leucistic Penis Envy Uncut; LPEU” spore syringes are now in stock. LPEU has replaced Mazatapec.
Psilocybe cubensis var “Leucistic Penis Envy Uncut” is a mutant PEU (Reverted lineage) that is leucistic. LPEU is stable in terms of the leucism, but has some variability, see what phenotypes you can find within the spores. LPEU was stabilized and popularized around 2020 and is now available again. Albino Penis Envy Uncut (APEU) was derived from the same lineage that these LPEU spores are from. These spores represent a precious moment in mycology history. Capture in your library a rare mutation of a favorite varietal lineage. Spread the spores and let’s get the community to study these genetics and catalog the beauty of mutation.

Psilocybe cubensis var “PES-Amazonian; PESA” is one of the earliest varieties sold. One of the first spore companies was PES and they ran an Amazonian strain for a long time. It is unclear where the “Amazonian” genetics originated (given the history of the PES company with PESH). Now that the company is long gone, the mycology community has continued domesticating this variety. PESA is now well known and beloved. Get your piece of history today!
